Yield Protocol is working to bring fixed-rate lending and interest rate markets to decentralized finance. We have pioneered new ways to borrow and lend, pushing forward the state of the art in on-chain financial products and automated market makers.

We are looking for a Head of Business Development/Partnerships to help us to build partnerships and grow usage of the protocol. Yield Protocol has built innovative new technology for making liquid markets in fixed rate loans. Your job will be to create partnerships with other protocols and onboard potential users of these new technologies as a part of our mission to make fixed rates a fundamental part of decentralized finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop high impact partnerships with other DeFi protocols or distribution partners
• Develop detailed partnership plans, advocate/market partnerships to relevant communities, coordinate necessary technical work to execute a partnership, and ensure timely execution on partnerships
• Advocate for decentralized finance and the Yield vision of a better financial system

Qualifications

• Experience in business development
• Experience interacting with DeFi protocols and knowledge of the space and its participants
• Ability to work independently in a start-up environment
• Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
